VPT Overview

1. The VPT Sequence Trainer solution support you to practice body movements by following a pre-defined sequence and get real time audio feedback (Golf & Tennis).

2. Coaches/Trainees can use the VPT App to adjust the sequence in a timely manner to get early preparation for the shoulder, hip, arm and legs to optimize the rhythm of the kinetic chain power. Also you can see the progress for each training session recorded in the VPT App.

3. VPT Trainer Set uses two type of sensors to track body movements.
"Switch" and "G-Force Rhythm Tempo" Sensor.

4. Define Training templates e.g Tennis Forehand, Backhand, Volley & Serve (VPT Customizable Sequence Templates - Tennis & Golf)

5. Coaches can concentrate on the physical, technical & tactic part of the discipline skill set which workout best for the trainee.
